We have a mantra that goes: “An instrument becomes a great instrument only after it is sold by a great shop”.

After you’ve purchased your brand, spanking, shiny new instrument, we want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied. In fact, we’ve already taken some steps to do this before you’ve even entered our store.

We do a professional set-up on every new instrument before it hits the sales floor.
