About Wendy
Wendy has enjoyed baking since forever and spent many summers cooking at specialty camps across Canada. When not in the kitchen, Wendy is a lead performer with The Celtic Rathskallions and The Maddie Show, touring throughout elementary schools and at festivals. She also performs Celtic harp at seniors residences. In her spare time, Wendy keeps up her triathlon training (to off-set the joys of baking!)
